How Does the FASTT Patch Work?
The FASTT Patch is a topically applied Chinese herbal mixture attached to waterproof surgical tape. (It looks like a band-aid). When placed on the injured area, the herbal ingredients migrate slowly through the skin and accelerate the healing of acute and chronic injuries, as well as injuries caused by overuse. Fastt Patches speed up recovery by increasing blood flow and lymphatic circulation. They also increase the necrotic tissue break down and other biological activities necessary for damage repair. FASTT Patches also noticeably reduce pain within a few hours on acute conditions. Note: if your injury is chronic (over 3 months), then the FASTT Patch will bring your injury back into it's acute state, causing increased pain at first, and then continuing the healing process as though it was an acute injury. In layman's terms, FASTT patches dramatically reduce inflammation and promote cellular rejuvenation, helping your body heal itself naturally and quickly, so that users don't lose strength due to the injury. FASTT Patches reduce pain and break-up scar tissue. Seriously, I have never seen anything work so efficiently or quickly on an injury.
How to Use the FASTT Patch?
- Apply the patch to the affected area. Placement is critical. You must cover the entire injury.
- Be sure your skin is dry and clean. Shaving is recommended if the area has hair.
- Leave the FASTT patch on for 48 hours (2 days). Note: I always use athletic tape to keep the patch in place. It doesn't stick as well as it should.
- Use mild heat (such as a heating pad) to help your skin absorb the herbs quicker. (Don't be afraid of using heat on a new injury with the FASTT Patch, I know it goes against traditional protocol, but these patches work much better than ice) DO NOT USE ICE
- After 48 hours, remove the patch, either in a warm shower, or with vegetable oil or peanut butter if the herbs seem stuck.
- Rest the area for 24 hours (1 day) and then apply a 2nd patch for another 48 hours.
- Most injuries can be healed with 3-6 patches.

FASTT PATCH Ingredients and Precautions
- Avoid using ice on or near the injury. (Ice prohibits blood flow and slows down healing)
- Do not use the patch on damaged skin including scruffs, scrapes or scabs (no open skin)
- Do not take ibuprofen or any other anti-inflammatory while treating the injury (this may help with pain, but it actually restricts blood flow and slows down the healing process)
- Do not use if you are highly allergic to herbs or have very sensitive allergic skin
- Do not use if pregnant
- Using patches that are too small and that do not cover the whole injured area will not achieve optimal treatment results.
- Do not keep a FASTT Patch on for more than 48 hours and be sure to rest area for 24 hours in-between each patch.
- FASTT Patches are good for 1 year if left unopened.
- There are no known contraindications for current medications, but you should consult your doctor if you are on prescribed medications.
- Use Aloe Vera Gel if there is a skin irritation or itchiness. This is more common when treating a chronic condition or in a very sensitive area.

- Small: Finger or Toe injury
- Medium: Small bone fractures; Tennis Elbow, Rotator Cuff, Patellar Tendonitis, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (wrist tendonitis), TMJ, knee tendonitis and other strains, sprains or fractures in areas with pain or swelling 2" x 1.5' or smaller.
- Large: Wrist, tibia-fibula and other large bone fractures; 2nd degree ankle sprain, back, heel, arm or thigh muscle pain, AC joint separations; hip and Achilles Tendonitis, plantar fascitis
- X Large: Femur, hip, shoulder and any extra large bone fractures or extra large areas of tendonitis, sprain or muscle strains.
- Note: patients that are very tall or larger may need to go up a size. Patients that are very petite may be able to go down a size.
